WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR PUPPIES HEALTH
When you adopt a puppy it is very, very important to know as much as you can about the health of the parents and the care your puppy received before it goes into your home. At Takoda Dogs all the dogs we breed have to pass health examination to determine if they have genetic disorders that could be passed on to their puppies. Both the females and the males must be certified as free of heart or eye disorders and their hips and elbows must be certified as free of hip dysplasia. Further both parents are given freedom to exercise in open safe areas and are fed the highest quality dog food. We send home recommendations for the proper feeding of the puppies to minimize any digestive problems and to be sure they grow at a healthy rate.
